To confirm a booking, an advance payment of 50% is required.
The balance payment must be made before the due date mentioned in your booking confirmation.
Failure to make full payment within the timeline may lead to cancellation with applicable charges.
3. Pricing
Prices quoted/displayed are based on current rates, taxes, and exchange rates and may vary without notice.
Inclusions and exclusions for each package are mentioned clearly on the respective itinerary page.
Any changes due to tax revisions, currency fluctuations, or third-party cost changes may affect the total tour price.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to sales@postmarktravel.in.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation policy mentioned at the time of booking.
No refund for unused services, early departures, or no-shows.
Refunds may take up to 30 working days to process depending on supplier timelines.
5. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid travel documents such as passports, visas, ID proof, and health/vaccination certificates.
We will not be liable for any losses due to failure to obtain required documentation or denial of entry by authorities.
You must follow local laws, customs, and travel regulations of the destination country.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, delays, loss of luggage, and other unforeseen situations. We shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage not covered by insurance.
